Our fees reflect the depth of review, number of suppliers involved, and whether site visits are required. All figures below are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.
Supplier Review Audit

Procurement Framework Design

- Standard framework (single location, up to 8 spend categories): from $5,500
- Multi-location or franchise structure: from $8,900
Contract Negotiation Support
Hourly advisory during active negotiations, or a fixed fee for a defined contract (e.g. annual supply agreement, lease of equipment).
- Advisory hours: $285/hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Fixed negotiation package (one contract, up to 3 negotiation rounds): from $3,200
What affects your quote
- Number of suppliers and contract complexity
- Whether physical site inspections are needed
- Urgency (contracts with signing dates inside 10 business days may incur a scheduling premium)
- Volume of historical invoices or delivery records to analyse
Payment terms
A 40% deposit is required to commence audit or framework work. The balance is due on delivery of the final report. Negotiation support is invoiced weekly or on completion, as agreed in your engagement letter.
